This collaged wood box is one of a collection of ten unique pieces I created for my playing card project. It is collaged with hand-cut pieces of vinyl on five sides and has a different bird inside the lid. Inside are two decks of cards, and a tiny pencil and paper.

This box is painted black with a subtle collage of birds and leaves with a matte black vinyl and a specialty patterned black vinyl. Eye is yellow.  Inside is painted a bright green with a green and gold bird inside the lid. Entire box is sealed with a UV protective varathane layer to increase its durability.
 
Outside measures 3" high and 4.25" wide and deep.
Inside is one open cavity, which measures 3.75" x 3.75" x 2" high
Four tiny feet on the bottom slightly elevate the box from the table.
