This collaged wood box is one of a collection of ten unique pieces I created for my playing card project. It is collaged with hand-cut pieces of vinyl on five sides and has a different bird inside the lid. Inside are two decks of cards, and a tiny pencil and paper.

This box is painted a light blue with a multicolored bird in the center of the lid. His long legs extend down to a grassy patch that surrounds the bottom of the sides, and puffy white clouds fill the skies. Inside is painted a bright green with a bird collage hidden under the lid. Entire box is sealed with a UV protective varathane layer to increase its durability.
 
Outside measures 3" high and 4.25" wide and deep.
Inside measures 3.75" x 3.75" x 2" high, and is divided into two sections.
Four tiny feet on the bottom slightly elevate the box from the table.
