This one of a kind sculpture incorporates a reclaimed two-tiered walnut base with an aluminum bird with reclaimed padauk wing and embedded multicolored in browns, reds and oranges. (colored pencils are embedded on both sides of the base and the wing.) Please note that the base is not fully square on all edges--the back left corner is angled and can be seen in the photo that shows the back side. This was due to the bark of the tree and I decided to remove it rather than make the base smaller to give it character.
 
It measures 9 inches high, 7 inches wide and about 3 inches deep.
