One of the pieces I created for the 2022 Smithsonian Craft Show.  This piece incorporates many pieces of reclaimed wood including walnut, wenge, padauk, ebony and yellowwood.  The base is walnut and has a carving on all sides. The dots are inlaid mahogany.
 
It measures 10.5 inches high, 9 inches wide and 2 inches deep.
 
The last image shows a companion piece I made for Ted, which is sold separately.
