This one of a kind sculpture incorporates a reclaimed walnut base with an aluminum bird with a padauk wing and embedded pencils in peach, gray and brown colors. (pencils are embedded on both sides of the base and the wing.) 
 
It measures 11 inches high, 4 inches wide and about 2 inches deep.
